Conveniently located at 36201 County Road 439, Eustis, FL 32736 (at the intersection of County Road 44 & 439). A beautiful 22 stall, 20 acre equestrian facility boasting great security, on-site management, a dressage arena, round pen, 9 HUGE grassy paddocks, wash stalls, tack rooms, foaling stall and a beautiful canter track around the entire perimeter of the property. The barn itself is made of galvanized steel and wood, it is very light and well ventilated. Automatic waterers, gossip doors, fans and auto fly spray.

Offering ONLY Deluxe Full Board for CONSIGNMENT HORSE, RETIREMENT OR LAY UPS or Horses in FULL TRAINING. Your horse will be turned out for 6-23 hours daily (weather and horse needs permitting), fed with low-starch, high quality Seminole (Wellness) feed twice daily. Your horse will enjoy the recommended 1-2% of his bodyweight in forage. The hay will be consistently a high quality Timothy and Alfafa (higher in Timothy), unless your horse has special dietary requirements. All horses will be turned out, fly sprayed, fly masks on (blanketed when necessary) and hosed off or brushed down when they are brought back in. Each morning, every single horse has it's feet cleaned, checked over for injuries, quick body brush, mane and tail combed, face is washed, fly mask put on and sprayed with fly spray and conditioner or sunscreen.
Sorry, but we do not offer general horse boarding!
Water and feed buckets are sanitized daily, stalls are thoroughly cleaned every morning and skipped out 2-3 x daily. In addition, all of your horse's records will be maintained with our software program - we will notify you when your horse is due for farrier, vaccinations, dental and other services. One of our top priorities (after the happiness and total well-being of horse and rider) is control of flies. All manure will be picked up from stalls, arenas and paddocks using a Manure-Vac. The manure will then be removed from the property on a regular basis. This will significantly cut down on all the problems and expense involved with infestations of flies and parasites around the barn. Pasture maintenance will be carried out daily to preserve the lush green grass year round.
Plans for the future will include another lighted dressage arena, a covered arena and a consignment tack store and an equestrian gift store.
For the horses comfort, additional hot water heaters will be installed as well as a cooling/misting system for all stalls. Security cameras will be placed around the entire property and owners will be able to log onto the internet 24/7 to check on the welfare of their horse.
We also hope to implement a super-training sessions whereby all students can also have FREE 'FIT TO RIDE" workouts to compliment their riding strength.
