Your horse will be pampered and treated like one of our very own precious horses:

• On-Site Security with a Barn Manager and Caretaker livng on the property
• Consistent, Highest Quality Hay Given At All Times (Typically T&A). Given 3 x Daily (approximately 5 flakes of hay per day, per horse) ***Did you know that horses need 1% - 2% of their body weight in forage, per day, to remain healthy. For example, a 1000lb horse needs to have an average of 15lbs of hay each day. ***
• Seminole Wellness (Meadow Herb) unless your horse is on special diet, Given 2 x Daily ***Seminole Wellness equine feeds are veterinarian approved, low in non-structural carbohyhdrates and scientifically formulated to provide safe and healthy nutrition for your horse. Low-starch feeds reduce the risk of nutritionally related disorders such as hyperactivity, colic, laminitis and developmental orthopedic diseases in horses and ponies. • You provide supplements (Smart-Pak Endorsed) www.smartpakequine.com
• Bran Mash, Mineral Oil and Metamucil given on weekly basis
• Soaked Beet Pulp Given At LUnchtime or Evening (upon request)
• Horses turned out between 8am - 5pm (weather permitting).
• Horses will have fly masks and fly spray applied daily (you provide masks and fly spray)
• Your horses feet will be cleaned daily and checked over daily for injury or illness
• Your horse will be rinsed off if he/she is too hot or covered in sweat or mud
• Your horse will be blanketed when temperatures drop to 55 degrees and below (you supply blanket)
• Blankets will be removed when temperatures rise above 55 degrees
• Stalls will be mucked out to a high standard daily. Droppings are picked up several times a day.
• Water buckets are cleaned daily.
• Individual lights and fans in each stall
• Large 12x12 airy stalls. 2 x Foaling Stalls.
• Horse Laundry Available (you provide detergent)
• Horse will be groomed 3 x per week (if required)
• 20m x 60m Dressage Arena, Lighted Round Pen, 2 x Smaller Riding Arenas, Exercise Track on Perimeter of Property
• 22 Stall Barn on 20 Acres
• Padlock on Gate - Only authorized persons may access property
• Hot/Cold Water for Wash Stalls (Covered)
• Farrier Will Come Out Every 5 Weeks and will trim/shoe all horses - Our farrier specializes in english sporthorses and corrective shoeing
• Horses will be on rotational wormer - wormed on 1st of each month
• Your horses records are kept on Horsetrak Software - Reminders will be left for you with regard to when vaccinations, dental etc are due
• If you are out of town, we can exercise your horse for you (for $20 additional charge). If you are out of town for longer than one week, we can email you photos of your horse.
• We can transport your horses to shows or to local trails. See additional charges below. 2008 Bison 4 Horse Slant Load, Extra Tall hauled by a newer, Gibson Truck World one ton dually.
• Additional services available for extra charge: Body Clipping, Mane Braiding, Standing With Your Horse for Vet, Farrier or Dentist, Tack Cleaning, Administering Medication, Poultice etc.
• Additional Hay can be purchased if you require more than 5 flakes per day

TRANSPORTATION/ SHIPPING

Fee Per Horse:

Local transports start at Minimum Rate of $50.00 for distances up to 25 miles. After 25 Miles:

1 Horse in Rig $ 1.75/Mile

2 or More Horses in Rig $1.50 /Mile

Haul and Wait for Return Trip $75.00 /per Hour Waiting Time. During the wait we will be furnishing Water, Hay for your horse.

Excessive Loading Time (over 20 min) $25 /per  Hour

Show Shuttle Service is available on a scheduled basis. Rates begin at $100.00 for standard Pickup and Return. Should the trip exceed 40 miles then a charge of $1.25 per mile will be added. Multiple Horse rates are available. Show Shuttle bookings are taken in advance of the show to ensure our clients arrive on time. Should you wait until the day of the show we will attempt to fit you in, but there are no guarantees.
